Our company is rapidly growing and expending businesses across the US, so we are looking for a talented and ambition professional to join our offshore team as a IT Sourcer/Recruiter.
As a Sourcer, this individual will be working as a part of integrated team on all sourcing initiatives in order to find, contact, interview and qualify relevant candidates for our clients. She/he will be responsible for all stages of recruiting cycle.
Main requirements are:
- Master Degree in Economics, Finance, Public Relation, Marketing, Psychology, English or related areas.
- Excellent verbal and written English skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize and reach the dead-lines.
- Excellent planning and execution skills.
- Detail-oriented, self-driven, self-organized.
- Able to work under pressure, in fast pace environment.
- Understanding of IT-technologies.
• Experience in programming or testing is a big PLUS.
• Previous recruitment experience is a PLUS.
